Zoey was taken to the vet by her previous owners and treated for Parvo. After she survived the parvo her owners never returned to pick her up. She lived for over a month at the hospital and AC was about to seize her so the staff at the animal hospital contacted me to bring her here with me. She was so adored by staff that they just could not see her taken to the animal shelter where she risked being put down. Zoey is so special. She greets everyone she meets with a shy little wiggle. She is super friendly and loves being petted and hugged. She will give you kisses all day long if you let her. Zoey is UTD on all her shots and wormer, on HW prevention . Zoey sleeps well in a crate. She will need her rabie shot in a few weeks and will need to be spayed when funds are available.. All she wants is to be loved and cared for. She gets along great with other dogs and cats. She is good with children of all ages. Won't you open up your heart and home and let this special girl in? Transport up North can be arranged.
We are a home based, not for profit organization in Northeast Alabama that helps place forgotten and unwanted pets in forever homes. We are an all volunteer, 501(c)3 organization. We rescue pets from high kill shelters, prior to being euthanized, as well as strays and unwanted pets. We do not adopt to "outside only" homes nor do we adopt to anyone who wishes to crop, dock, or do any other alterations except the spaying and neutering of their pets. All pets are completely vetted, up to date on all vaccines, and given rabies certificates. |
