Dottie is a 1-2 year old PB Boston terrier that suddenly found her self about to be placed on a Craigslist add for free to good home. We here at furever Friends of the South could not let that happen to such a sweet and loving girl! So many dogs fall into the wrong hands when offered up for free to good homes.
Dottie is especially sweet and affectionate. She is good with other dogs, cats and small children. She is wonderful with men and women. All she wants is to snuggle on the couch with you or curl up on her doggie blankets.
She will be having surgery for Cherry eye at a local vet so a local adoption is preferred. If you are out of state then a transport can be arranged after her surgery.

We are a home based, not for profit organization in Northeast Alabama that helps place forgotten and unwanted pets in forever homes. We are an all volunteer, 501(c)3 organization. We rescue pets from high kill shelters, prior to being euthanized, as well as strays and unwanted pets. We do not adopt to "outside only" homes nor do we adopt to anyone who wishes to crop, dock, or do any other alterations except the spaying and neutering of their pets.
