Princess is around 2 or 3 years old. She is a Long Hair Chihuahua mix. She is also the mom to the Royals.
She is a sweet heart and loves her people. She lives with several other bigger dogs and a couple smaller ones and she is fine with them but like most Chihuahuas she can be a little bossy but it doesn't go beyond growling. She is completely house broke and hasn't had any accidents in her foster home, walks well on a leash, rides nicely in a car and loves to sleep with her humans in bed. Princess would make the perfect companion for anyone but she would be great for stay at home elderly person as well. She has been raised around small children. She enjoys the company of men as well. She has also been raised with chickens.
Princess has just undergone FHO (Femoral Head Ostectomy) surgery at the end of February and she is healing nicely. She hasn't used that leg yet but I have been assured that she will take a few weeks before she can use her leg and she will be like brand new!

We are a home based, not for profit organization in Northeast Alabama that helps place forgotten and unwanted pets in forever homes. We are an all volunteer, 501(c)3 organization. We rescue pets from high kill shelters, prior to being euthanized, as well as strays and unwanted pets. We do not adopt to "outside only" homes nor do we adopt to anyone who wishes to crop, dock, or do any other alterations except the spaying and neutering of their pets. All pets are completely vetted, up to date on all vaccines, and given rabies certificates. Video of Princesa:
