Ivy was born into rescue December 20. Her mother was found wandering the street very pregnant. She was the last born, is a bit smaller than her brothers and has a sweet and friendly personality. She is doing pretty well with paper training and doesn't mess in the bed or food area. She's a baby so there will be work involved to train her buts he's smart, figured out the doggie door within a couple of tries. We expect she will be 6 or 7 pounds, due to her size which means small bones, she will not be placed in a home with children under 8 nor with another dog over 10 pounds. She pays no attention to the cat and loves everyone. We are a home based, not for profit organization in Northeast Alabama that helps place forgotten and unwanted pets in forever homes. We are an all volunteer, 501(c)3 organization. We rescue pets from high kill shelters, prior to being euthanized, as well as strays and unwanted pets. We do not adopt to "outside only" homes nor do we adopt to anyone who wishes to crop, dock, or do any other alterations except the spaying and neutering of their pets. All pets are completely vetted, up to date on all vaccines, and given rabies certificates. |
