Hi, my name is Samantha (Sammy). I am a super sweet, lovable, fluffy girl and I am almost 12 weeks old. I look like a little black teddy bear and I LOVE to play and I am very affectionate. I have the neatest pretty blue speckles in my eyes and it looks like I'm wearing white socks. My 2 brothers and 4 sisters and I were all abandoned by our human family and left in a cardboard box at a gas station. Our foster family thinks we are a Labrador Retriever/Border Collie mix. Only a doggie DNA test will ever know our true mix! ? I am very healthy, have had a full round of dewormer, and will get my 2nd set of vaccines on Monday, 3/23/2015. I have been handled a lot, I love to be cuddled, and I will be available for adoption after Monday, 3/23/2015. A veterinary reference check and home visit will be required of my potential furever family prior to my final adoption. I have to make sure I’m going to live permanently with a human family who has a nice spot in their home for me and will love me and take care of me as if I am part of the family.

The adoption donation for me is $150, which includes a $50 spay/neuter deposit. This will be forwarded to the veterinarian of your choice. The adoption contract will include an agreement to have me spayed and is not negotiable.

We are a home based, not for profit organization in Northeast Alabama that helps place forgotten and unwanted pets in forever homes.  We are an all volunteer, 501(c)3  organization.  We rescue pets from high kill shelters, prior to being euthanized, as well as strays and unwanted pets.

We do not adopt to "outside only" homes nor do we adopt to anyone who wishes to crop, dock, or do any other alterations except the spaying and neutering of their pets.  All pets are completely vetted, up to date on all vaccines, and given rabies certificates.
